Congratulations to all the winners at Olde Stonewall.  Weather turned out to be great, although the course was still very wet and played long.  Our thanks goes out to the staff at Olde Stonewall for the hospitality and getting the course in the best condition possible, plus allowing us to take the carts off the cart paths.  Special thanks goes out to the Head Pro, Sean Swidzinski, who was out on the course making sure drop areas and tees were set and painting fresh hazard lines (if only those lines could deflect balls back into play).    This was the most difficult and most challenging course yet that we played this year, thus the longest rounds of the year.  Allot of lost balls caused slowdowns.  Our first group finished in 4 hrs 45 min.  The 6th, 7th, and 8th groups were the slowest, each finishing 15-20 min behind the group ahead of them causing the remaining groups to finish for an average round time of 5 hrs 8 min.  All other groups finished 8 to 12 min behind their group ahead.   The course had no problem with this and said it was expected.  They also extended a thank you to all PGT players for their participation and professionalism.

PCS and WAC standings will also be posted soon with more details about the final two WAC qualifiers.  The competition is off to a great start, with a good mix of players, and will set up for an exciting finish.
