All will be finalized Saturday and the following may still need to be changed.  Nothing is final until listed as final.
*NOTE--Listed times are approximate AND based on what happens at the course and the play out in front of us.  THERE IS ALWAYS A CHANCE WE CAN START EARLY.
Some adjustments may always need to be made, so arrive early enough to check in and warm up if there happens to be a last minute change.
DO NOT call PGT the morning of the event with questions unless it is an emergency.  Call the course for conditions, directions, frost delays, etc..  We will send out an email and make every attempt to contact the players if we find out the event is canceled.
Remember, If the course is open, you are obligated and we will play unless there is an unusual circumstance (cold or rainy weather is not unusual).

To determine your course handicap for whatever tees you will be playing, use the following formula...
Index, times (slope divided by 113), plus (rating minus par) = 100% course handicap which is rounded to whole number.
so, if your GHIN index is 12.4 and you are playing the regular black PGT tee as listed above...
12.2 x 124/113 + 69.0 - 70 = 12.38 or 12 strokes

Flight handicap range and tees may vary based on final number of players.
Flight A--0-9 (20 players, 1 Tourist)
Flight B--9--14 (20 players)
Flight C--15--up (19 players)

Note: Rating, slope, and yardages may be slightly adjusted. Your index will be course adjusted based on final rating and slope to determine tournament handicap.

Locate registration table inside to check in and pay entry fee.  Table opens at 8:30am.  Check in at least a half hour before your tee time in case of changes.
Official score cards will be issued, scoring sheets displayed, and local rules for the day will be posted.
BE AT OR NEAR THE STARTING AREA AND FIRST TEE AT LEAST 10 MINUTES BEFORE YOUR FINAL LISTED TEE TIME or you may be penalized
