Please read all of the information carefully.  If paying with a credit card, please have the card present at the sign in table.  We have a new payment system and do not want to hold credit card numbers on file.  Most player accounts will be squared up each week, which means costs and fees are to be paid in full before the tournament, and winnings will be distributed after the results are finalized.  If you do not stay to the end of the scoring at the course, winnings will be distributed in cash at the next tournament you play in.

Sunday tee times start at 10 am.

Format: 18 hole individual NET stroke play with optional day games.
$125 cash or check ($135 credit card) entry fee includes green fees, cart, taxes, daily flight prize purse, admin fee and TC bonus.
$25 cash or check--Optional Flight skins (Gross and Net)
$10 cash or check--Optional Flight CTPs (#6, #8, and #17)
PCS--optional year long competition--refer to Club Handbook and Leader Board
Two Player Optional Team(s) Year Long Combined Score--See sign up sheet at table.

Ask in pro shop the location of registration and scoring table to check in and pay entry fee.  Table opens at 9:30am. 
Check in at least a half hour before your tee time in case of changes and to have any questions answered.
BE AT OR NEAR THE STARTING AREA AND FIRST TEE AT LEAST 10 MINUTES BEFORE YOUR FINAL LISTED TEE TIME or you may be penalized.

Rating, slope, and yardages may be slightly adjusted. Your index will be course adjusted based on rating and slope to determine tournament handicap.

Flights, handicaps, and tees may be adjusted and are based on final number of players.

Yellow tournament tees--70.7/129 @ 6300 yards-- default tee for all regular players
Black tournament tees--69.5/126 @ 6000 yards--optional tee for ANY player
Teal tournament tees--68.4/123 @ 5700 yards--Only players who have petitioned the Handicap Committee
Course Green tees--68.2/119 @ 5000 yards--Women

Listed times below are approximate and based on what happens at the course and the play out in front of us. 
Some adjustments may always need to be made, so arrive early enough to check in and warm up if there happens to be a last minute change.
DO NOT call PGT the morning of the event with questions.  Call the course for conditions, directions, frost delays, etc..  We will send out an email and make every attempt to contact the players if we find out the event is canceled.
Remember, If the course is open, you are obligated to pay and we will play unless there is an unusual circumstance (cold-rainy weather or Cart Path Only is not unusual).
