Please read all of the information carefully. If paying with a credit card, please have the card present at the sign in table. We have a new payment system and do not want to hold credit card numbers on file. Most player accounts will be squared up each week, which means costs and fees are to be paid in full before the tournament, and winnings will be distributed after the results are finalized. If you do not stay to the end of the scoring at the course, winnings will be distributed in cash or as credit at the next tournament you play in if you want.
Ask in pro shop the location of registration and scoring table to check in and pay entry fee. Table opens at 10:30am.

Rating, slope, and yardages may be slightly adjusted. Your index will be course adjusted based on final rating and slope to determine tournament handicap.

Some adjustments may always need to be made, so arrive early enough to check in and warm up if there happens to be a last minute change.
DO NOT call PGT the morning of the event with questions. Call the course for conditions, directions, frost delays, etc.. We will send out an email and make every attempt to contact the players if we find out the event is canceled.
