Nothing is final until listed as final.
Listed times are approximate AND based on what happens at the course and the play out in front of us.  Be prepared in case of any adjustments.
Some adjustments may always need to be made, so arrive early enough to check in and warm up if there happens to be a last minute change.
DO NOT call PGT the morning of the event with questions.  Call the course for conditions, directions, frost delays, etc..  We will send out an email and make every attempt to contact the players if we find out the event is canceled.
Remember, If the course is open, you are obligated to pay and we will play unless there is an unusual circumstance (cold or rainy weather is not unusual).

#REMINDER-all players MUST promptly and correctly post all their own rounds to GHIN or you may receive a penalty score and/or service charge.....and make sure it is posted as a COMPETITION round if it was a tournament.  Also, make sure slope and rating (tees played) is correct, and you should enter scores hole by hole if available to make sure it is properly reduced if needed (max score allowed per hole).  If the tees you played are different than what is in the system, you can simply go to www.ghin.com to manually enter course name, slope, rating, and total 18 hole score.
(you have to know if any hole is reduced for posting purposes (max per hole is par + 2 + however many strokes you get on that particular hole based on your current GHIN index). 
 
NOTE: you must promptly get your round posted after play because the GHIN system updates players indexes every day and we need the differential number for your next tournament handicap calculation.
It only talkes a minute to post your score, but please don't rush through the process and make a mistake.  Make sure all the data is entered correctly before you click the final post button.  We will display the GHIN reports so players can see if they posted something wrong, and we will correct any mistakes.

It is your responsibility to know how to do this and post it properly.

Format: 18 hole individual NET stroke play 
$105 entry fee includes green fees, cart, taxes, daily flight prize purse, admin fee and TC bonus.
$40--Optional Flight skins (Gross and Net)
$15--Optional CTP's (3 flighted)

Flights, handicap range and tees may vary based on final number of players.
Rating, slope, and yardages may be slightly adjusted. Your PGT tournament index will be course adjusted based on final rating and slope to determine playing handicap.

Locate registration table in the pro shop to check in and pay entry fee.  Table opens at 11:30.
Check in at least a half hour before your tee time in case of changes and to have any questions answered.
Official score cards will be issued, scoring sheets displayed, and local rules for the day will be posted.
BE AT OR NEAR THE STARTING AREA AND FIRST TEE AT LEAST 10 MINUTES BEFORE YOUR FINAL LISTED TEE TIME or you may be penalized.
 
NOTES:  There is no range at the course.  Registration will be in pro shop, scoring will be upstairs in restaurant/bar.  Hole 18 played as par 4 for all players.
