 #REMINDER-all players MUST post all their own rounds to GHIN in a timely manner or you will receive a penalty score.....and make sure it is posted as a COMPETITION round if it was a tournament.  Also, make sure slope and rating (tees played) is correct, and you should enter scores hole by hole to make sure it is properly reduced if needed (max score allowed per hole).  If the tees you played are different than what is in the system, you can simply go to www.ghin.com to manually enter course name, slope, rating, and total 18 hole score (but you have to know if any hole is reduced (max per hole is par + 2 + how ever many strokes you get on that particular hole).  Not all phone apps have a manual entry link. 
The tournament Saturday at Birdsfoot was played from the following tees (see below).  The PGT tournament tees rating and slope are different in GHIN so manual and total score entry must be done. 
Step by step instructions on how to correctly enter your score is always posted at the registration and scoring table.

We will slowly transition away from the Covid scoring system, so each player will be issued an official score card at the start of the tournament with their name on it (either at the registration table or by the starter at hole #1).  Score cards will be exchanged prior to teeing off and players will record their competitors scores as well as keep their own score at the bottom of the card (nothing else should be on the card and it must be legible).  The entire group is still required to check in at the scoring table immediately after finishing their final hole to record your round time. The cards will be verified by each and both players must sign the score card to make it official.  The card can be given to the scorer or each player can read each others scores off to the scorer.  The cards will remain with the scorer in case future verification is needed.  Once the scores are on the score sheets, it is official unless a clerical error is found.
NOTE...players can simply make or keep a duplicate score card for themselves to keep for their records, or even take a picture of their card prior to handing it in to help with posting.  You are encouraged to post your score to GHIN while at the scoring table so the information is right there or if you have a question.
